Regardless of whether the files are stored in SharePoint or eRoom, I have not been able to link in sub-projects into a Master project file when these sub-projects are located in Sharepoint/eRoom. MS Project seems to only allow me to browse to locate these files on my desktop or on a fileserver, it apparently does not like URLs.
