    WebDAV in E2007 works the same as in E2003, but I notice that the request is directed to the /exchange-oma VDir, presumably because the E2003 OWA had FBA and/or SSL enabled on it. Since E2007 OWA uses a new /owa VDir, the /Exchange VDir is only used for WebDAV access, and doesn't require FBA/SSL any more.
