PROS: WebEx app is good but the administration of it is painful making it unusable. CONS: but getting support from WebEx is an absolute nightmare - their support process and team are the worst I have ever endured. Their sales team don\'t seem bothered to help and their support service makes everything much more complicated than it needs to be.8.9/10

Jan 16, 2015 · I've used WebEx Meeting Center to help remote users, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. I can't say the same for WebEx Support Center, as I've never used it. As for WebEx MC, you'll constantly lose control of the user's cursor.4.6/5(416)

When WebEx works, it does so decently at best. It suffers from bandwidth issues, even with only two participants in the same building. Furthermore, if a large enterprise buys an account, they are given "dedicated" support.
