I was wondering if Weblogic 11g already supports JavaEE 6. As I didn't find anything about it in google, I thought that it didn't, until I found a comment saying that Oracle WebLogic Server 11g is Java EE 6 complaint. Despite that, I haven't found yet the modules to support the new Java EE 6 features. Does somebody knows something about this?

6 Extended Support for Weblogic Server 12.1.3 and Coherence 12.1.3 will be available for the period of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. As detailed in the Technical Support Policies, Extended Support will be limited to Severity 1 and security fixes.

Dec 28, 2009 · Hi, Does anybody know when support for Java EE 6 in Weblogic will be available? Is there any planned schedule? Currently we are using WLS 10.0 and we are planning to migrate to 10.3, but if there is a new version going to be release soon then we want to wait.

We will continue to support existing WebLogic Server releases, deliver Oracle Cloud services based on WebLogic Server, and deliver new releases of WebLogic Server in the future. Some WebLogic Server customers are using older product versions, either 10.3.X (Java EE 5) or 12.1.X (Java EE 6).

Jan 04, 2013 · Hello, I am migrating our J2EE 1.4 apps from Websphere to Weblogic as part of an evaluation. I am trying to deploy a J2EE 1.4 application into Weblogic 12c. I see strange classloader exceptions. Is this because Oracle 12 c does not support J2EE 1.4?
