There’s no default administrator password; it is set by the administrator during the initial setup. Try running a full recovery once again if it has a password.

This is a warning to anyone buying this product or any Western Digital product. We have had two WD Sentinel DX4000 devices and the on-board ethernet ports failed on both of them which rendered the device useless. There is no way to access the device without an ethernet port.
