May 11, 2014 · Hi, I am using a netgear WG111v2 USB dongle and peppermint 4 and can connect to my virgin media superhub router fine with an unencrypted connection but not with WPA. That is to say it appears to connect but I do not have access to the internet. Testing this dongle on a windows 8 PC, I need the netgear wizard to connect with WPA, because it won't connect the usual way.

Jul 08, 2007 · I have the WG111v2, I believe the v1 doesn't have support for WPA. The SSID does match, and the password is auto filled in.... I tried retyping it with not luck. Restarting my pc also doesn't matter, only restarting the router will allow me to use the internet again.
