That said, I am assuming you are using the term "not bearing weight" the same way a doctor would meaning he won't put any weight on them if given the opputunity. Like pulls up his legs rather than stand on your lap to bounce.

My son has been able to support his weight since he was a month old. Not by himself of coures but if i held him from right under his arms his legs would be strong enough to support his weight, but i hear from people that if he doesnt that, that early then his legs will not be straight because he is too young.
