It took me a while to figure it out, but all of the features in Google Toolbar are not only Chrome already, but can be readily customized. If you are experiencing something else, please provide a screenshot of what toolbar is missing. Also note that Google Chrome does not support traditional toolbars that Internet Explorer and Firefox supports.
