Aug 03, 2015 · The icon seems to click normally & I get the rolling wheel for 2-5 seconds, then it stops & does not start. I have had this issue in the past and it has gone for months like that. During that time I used IE because chrome was inaccessible. I got chrome again when I got a new computer, where it worked fine for almost a year before recurring.
