Teemo is in a very bad spot even as a toplaner, because he doesn't have a 'clear' role as others do. As support it's really important to be able to take advatange of the items as well as the masteries, and Teemo doesn't do that properly. Teemo is generally considered useless and I would readily agree. He generally provides close to nothing other champs can provide in any role he plays. A blind and some shrooms isn't enough for people to consider him a viable support.
