Nov 29, 2012 · My receiver supports it; the Wii U surround test works for all 5 speakers, the readout says "MULTICH", it just doesn't work for any content, period. L & R are the only channels active. Sure, some receivers don't support multi-channel PCM, but mine most certainly does. It's a 9.2 receiver that can handle uncompressed 7.1.

Jan 26, 2016 · of the games i own, only Nintendoland, Mario Maker, SSB Wii U, Yoshi's Woolly World and Xenoblade X don't appear in the list. it's weird that Xenoblde isn't there considering even shovelware such as Mario Party 10 and Mario Tennis support 5.1
