I have windows Server 2003 R2 standard edition, since last few weeks its CPU usage showing 100% utilisation. While cheking processes, one process named "System" showing 97-98% CPU, we have stopped other services one by one like Trendmicro and Backup but no benifit, can you please help us?

Question - Will the current x64 standard version of Windows server 2003 support this hardware configuration or does it need an upgrade to the Enterprise edition. Thanks in advance
