After downloading and installing the service pack 2 version of the Window Server 2003 Support Tools, dcdiag.exe stopped crashing. Problem solved. Maybe because I´m from sweden but is there any Window Server 2003 Support Tool for Windows Server 2008 R2 that solve the same problem?
