Jan 14, 2020 · As we know Microsoft stopped supporting for windows XP, similarly when is the end date for for windows 7. I read recently that Microsoft is planned to end the support for windows 7 from Jan 14, 2020 - just wanted to confirm the date. Please let us know the official support end date for windows 7. Jul 16, 2009 · The official support policy for the Windows 7 TechNet Forums beginning today (August 6, 2009) is that we only support Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC) Build 7100 and all Windows 7 “RTM” Editions. As of today, Windows 7 is available to MSDN and TechNet Plus subscribers, and shortly thereafter, customers with Software Assurance (SA) or Volume Licenses (VL).

The mainstream support for Windows 7 (Service Pack 1) ended on January 13, 2015, and the extended support ends on January 14, 2020.
