Sep 19, 2014 · I've looked at the two following discussions and even after disabling all startup services and disabling the option for windows to alter the bluetooth power state I am still experiencing the same issue. Ideas anyone as I'm a little stumped here. The local adaptor does not support an important Low Energy controller state.
