Aug 06, 2015 · I recently purcahsed a Surface Pro 3 and reimaged it with Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64. I configured the device to enable Traditional Chinese (HK) and Simplified Chinese (PRC), I noticed the handwriting options are greyed out for both languages.
