Feb 28, 2014 · 1) The DVD Drive is not detected in the windows explorer even though there seems to be no problems detected in the device manager. I am attaching the screenshot with the reply. 2) I have tried updating the drivers for the DVD Driver and there was no change in the DVD drive status.
