Jan 14, 2020 · I don't believe the Windows Live Mail 2012 app is supported by Windows 10. Someone else here can correct me if I'm wrong. You appear to have a 10+ years old HP/Compaq brand computer. Hopefully, it will be able to run Windows 10 okay. You should get rid of that Trend Micro Maximum Security app and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app.
