However, after I upgrade my computer to Windows 10 Pro, it can’t print anything and lost all functionality. I try to print a test page and it says I need to enable bidirectional support. Making a reboot doesn’t fix it.

If I remove and re-add the printer for one of the affected users (even if I completely remove the driver) bidirectional printing is enabled but greyed out so it is enabled for some users but not for others
