I've read the article on Memory Supported by the Editions of SQL Server as well as article on Memory Limits for Windows Releases, it stated that OS can support up to 2 TB while SQL can support up to 2 TB as well. The question is would the 32 bit SQL 2008 R2 Enterprise support up to 2 TB or stick to 4 GB.
