Dec 21, 2013 · Thereby the system performance becomes deadslow. I have confirmed by uninstalling SP3. In SP2 the CPU utilisation is less than 60 to 90%.. It is SVCHOST process which consumes more than 85% CPU. As suggested by Mr. BinodShaoo, if I kill the process, the CPU usage varies from 15 to 50 %. Some what system speed is normal.
