Jan 01, 2012 · Hello. When I use System Restore the program seems to run fine up until the restart. Then I get a Sys Res window that simply says "System Restore did not complete successfully. No changes were made to your computer." The Help file only repeats the Sys Res window. I have ensured that the System Restore service is, indeed, running.
