Wine 3.2 is a step towards what will become Wine 4.0 in about one year's time. With Wine 3.2 there is now support for multi-sample textures with Direct3D! Also exciting is support for HID gamepads in Wine. Other work includes a new USER controls implementation in ComCtl32 v6, greater event support in MSHTML, and obsolete DOS code was removed.

Thanks for the tip. I had another game that saw my gamepad but seemed to ignore the calibrations I had carefully set up with jstest-gtk. Running wine control allowed me to disable the /dev/input/event* interface for that game, leaving /dev/input/js0 (and its calibrated settings) as the only one the game could use.

Oct 03, 2012 · If there is no controller support for this game, then I guess I can uninstall this game. I don't want to use third party tools when they could just provide controller support themselves it's not designed to be played with a controller. They don't owe you controller support.
