I have an older WinPE 2.1 CD created from an earlier Paragon backup version. I was at least able to recognize the drive in a USB 2.0 port using that.

Boot to the iso navigate to the folder and run imagex installs fine. But boot into Windows 7 and there is no drivers for the keyboard and mouse working all on USB 3 ports.
