the reason why DDNS is not working is because the router is looking to its own IP address. my WRT3200ACM has the ip address 192.168.144.1 as it stands BEHIND my ISP router wich ip is 208.74.204.125. So when the router updates my IP to my DDNS service it gives them that 192.168.144.1 instead of the WAN IP 208.74.204.125.
