I have MS Office 2010 and today I went to use Word and started getting everytime I launch Word asking me to install macro language support, It was working earlier this week. The only thing that I have done was install and ran AVH PC TuneUp 2011.

For testing my solution I use trial versions of Windows Server 2008 R2 and Office Home and Business 2010.
