Does wxWidgets support double byte fonts (Chinese/Japanese/Korean etc.)? By far the best advice is to use Unicode build and avoid dealing with DBCS. Otherwise, for Japanese, it seems that wxWidgets has no problems working with double byte char sets (meaning DBCS, not Unicode).
