They resolved an issue I had with my account in two seconds flat after three weeks of dealing with phone/chat support of clueless support resolutions.(Generally MS/Xbox support is spot on but this was a rare case they had never seen before.)

Dec 18, 2015 · Xbox support sucks I called xbox support about the outage. I couldn't play games watch Netflix or Hulu or anything. My Xbox is my only means of entertainment in my house, and all xbox support told me was if I had anything else to watch Netflix on. I only have my phone we pay $400 plus subscription fees to Hulu and Netflix.

Feb 14, 2014 · XBOX Support Sucks! My Kinect died afar a week of use. So I followed all the instructions on placing a warranty support ticket. Spoke with 3 different associates over the period of 5 weeks. Also used the chat feature. No I'm being told I need to continue to wait for my shipping label. Really! your email said I would have that on the 19th.
