Xbox One and WPA2 Enterprise I want to bring my xbox back up to college with me, but our network is a WPA2 Enterprise, and I can't find out anywhere whether or not the xbox supports it. If anyone knows if it does or a way to connect it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Dec 02, 2013 · The Xbox One support WPA, WPA2, and WEP. There's nothing in the support documentation about WPA2-Enterprise and 802.1X authentication. I know others in universities have used their laptops to connect to their universities networks and then used the MAC Address from the laptop connection on the Xbox 360.

The XBOX One wireless capabilities are promising compared to that of the PS4. Xbox One at least has a draft 11ac chip even though 11ac is not enabled at the time, this will likely change in the future. Also it supports 5GHz WLAN connection. The real bummer is that there is not WPA2-E support.
