    Dec 20, 2006 · According to Intel's site, then, the 5160 is NOT a hyperthreaded chip, so nothing is wrong in VMWare. I had thought that the 5160 would give us the best price/performance that we could get out of the Intel series, but now I am kinda wondering why we didn't go with the 7xxx series processors.
