This post is in response to a project trying to get asterisk to connect to Google Voice after Google made the switch from XMPP to SIP. Bottom line is you can only connect to Google Voice via Google approved methods. AFAIK, that means using a Google app or a Polycom/Obihai device. Using any other method is "violating program policy."
