Nov 04, 2011 · Any ideas on how I may beef up the subframe on my XR. It seems to be on the weak side. I have ridden the bike thru out Mexico and to some rallies 3-400 mile away but am concerned that its not up to carry gear and extra fuel for an extended trip.

SW-MOTECH and Tusk each offer a product for sub-frame support for the Honda XR650L. Reading product information leads me to believe that only the Tusk product will permit the attachment of the Yoshimura exhaust.
