Thanks for catching up the unpredictable order for session management between gnome-session and XDG autostart. Though imsettings-applet enables XSETTINGS manager only when no XSETTINGS manager is running and usually g-s-d should be running before looking at XDG autostart dir.

Apr 11, 2014 · I have accidentally disabled Application Information Service and Application Management Service. Now I have no access to administrator privilidges or the control panel settings or the Task Manager and several folders.
