Nov 01, 2012 · I am still getting YVM104. My box got a software update on 4th Dec but still the problem persists. Needless to say we do not have any bandwidth problems when using NetFlix. The only reason I don't see YVM104 more often is that we have practically given up on the On Demand feature of YouView. It is just not reliable enough to use.

Sep 23, 2012 · Hi Steve, I have had exactly the same the same problem for 3 weeks, (same software versions) youview support talked me through various internet settings and finally asked me to put the box into maintenance mode - if you search you will find instructions.

Catch up/on demand via YouView on Sony relates only to content made available from the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. TalkTalk Player only available to TalkTalk broadband customers. BT Player only available to BT broadband customers. UTV unavailable on YouView via catch up/on demand. Limited ITV1 content in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
