Mar 23, 2009 · My 80GB starts and shows the Zune logo but it won't load and then after a while it says "Contact Support" with a 5 circled on the top left. I have no back-up files for the stuff I have on this, and it would be so sad if it all has to be thrown away.

I love my Zune and it has served me for quite a while so if you have any outlandish ideas how I could fix it myself, do tell. I can't get the official Windows support so I'm not exactly losing anything if I try to fix it myself. EDIT: Firmware of the Zune is the latest available.
