128th Evacuation Hospital : 1955 - 19.. The 128th Evacuation Hospital was reactivated on Jan 17, 1955. It was moved to Ludwigsburg, Germany on Aug 1, 1955. On Sept 29, 1972 the 12th Evac Hosp was redesignated as the 128th Combat Support Hospital. Recently, the unit relocated to Nellingen Barracks.
