Jan 27, 2009 · Hi, My 945 Neo5-F reports only 3.2GB of the 4GB memory installed during post and also in system info within the BIOS. I know 32 bit windows has it's own limitations but the 3.2GB ceiling is apparently native to the 945 chipset so even if I install a 64 bit OS, I'm still stuck with 3.2GB of memory.
