Acronis is an awesome software, but unfortunately, it does not support backup of the dynamic disks. I am afraid you won't find the backup software that will support dynamic disks, so I would suggest you to stick with Acronis.

Acronis Snap Deploy 3 and 2 do not support dynamic Disks or GUID Partition Tables (GPT). If there are dynamic or GPT disks on your machine, Acronis Snap Deploy will not detect them in Windows or from Acronis Bootable Media. You can always convert a GPT disk to an MBR disk that is supported by Acronis Snap Deploy.
