Apr 19, 2018 · The current implementation of ActiveSupport::Inflector#ordinal and ActiveSupport::Inflector#ordinalize only work in English. The st, nd, and th logic is all hardcoded, and obviously doesn't work in other languages. This patch moves that logic to I18n so it can be defined on a per-language basis.
