Aug 17, 2014 · Yes I have. I've even gone to the extent of restoring the phone. I've tested both on LTE and wiFi. The only thing that resolves the issue is using the Nokia recovery tool to revert back to 8.0 since the phone restore option only reverts back to 8.1.
