Jun 10, 2012 · For me, the Leaf seat had three problems: lack of legroom, lack of under thigh support, and lack of lumbar support. Seat track extenders from extendmyseat.com solved my legroom problem. The lumbar support should be easy to correct with aftermarket external foam cushions, or maybe adding a little extra foam under the upholstery.

Does anyone know if there's any way to put in a thigh support / extender? I imagine replacing the seats would be pretty expensive. Perhaps there's some accessory that could do the job?

I decided on a fix, and when I first went to a dealer to look at buying a Prius, all I checked out was the seat front posts. I liked what I saw and decided to buy one.

Jan 09, 2017 · For thigh support in particular I know for sure that the 2009–2014 Nissan Maxima has a thigh extender for the driver seat. Which slides out or tucks away if you don't need it. Newer and older years probably offer it too. That car is good for people 6′ but not optimal for people much taller.

Feb 16, 2013 · The driver seat shape is different from passenger seat because of passenger seat, but the underthigh support has improved for just 450 rupees. Now I am not tempted to go for leather seats as the underthigh support was a major reason for contemplating seat and uphostery change of a new car.
