    Apparently adenomyosis is a common gynaecological condition. In my experience however, after experiencing debilitating migraines, being sent for blood, abdominal, bladder and bowel tests, and seeing various specialists (even having a brain scan), not one medically qualified person mentioned the existence of the condition to me.

I read the Endometriosis Association’s books, and other books I found on endo, but without the ‘official’ surgical diagnosis, I felt like I had no business popping up in forums and support groups to discuss my pain.
