First: I don't think you must fill out these forms online. In fact I think it would be better if you downloaded the form to your local disk, and fill / print them from there. Second, I do not understand how your font pack download could possibly open Adobe Reader.

Adobe Acrobat gave no clues as to how change the “current configuration” to allow the Simplified Chinese Language support, though I believe this also would have affected PDFs with Japanese, Korean, or Chinese Traditional characters in them.

David, did you ever get an answer? i notice the only reply posted refers to Reader, but like yourself i have a need for additional Chinese fonts for Pro XI. after doing some research online it appears that the option should be available during install, but we only see English. perhaps there is a multilingual version as font packs don't seem to exist any more for Pro?
