Under AIX 6.1, it looks like ICU4C libraries are now included in /usr/lib (I assume ICU4C 3.6 or 3.8). The TUAM executables are compiled under AIX 5.1 using ICU4C 3.4. Hopefully, we can use the same distribution for AIX 5.1 through AIX 6.1, but I'm seeing something is different about the date handling.
