I have not got anyone to look after my 9month old baby if I go back to work as my mum is ill and cant have her for no longer than 2-3hours at a time. Jul 02, 2008 · Could anyone tell me what I am entitled to if I haven't paid enough National Insurance contributions in the last few years (I was a degree and then PhD student and did low paid work) and now live with my partner who earns £25,000 a year.
