The AMPOWER Amputee Peer Support Group consists of a nationwide network of trained peer mentors who have successfully recovered and rehabilitated following an amputation. Mentors are available to speak face-to-face, over the phone, via skype or facetime, and through e-mail in addition to within our private, password-protected online web community.

We realized quickly that there is no active amputee support group where we can connect with each other, share experiences, and learn from one another in a more social, peer support setting.
