After testing the above mentioned group of devices I have found that VFP support is in almost all devices, while NEON not. Any comments to that? I do not know what exactly is the ARMv6 and ARMv7 difference (besides the speed in general). Now we are building a multimedia C library, which has couple of flags for building.

However Android phones build on platforms / chipsets which groups that 100+ devices to a handful, so you should check features of those instead of individual devices. Some more concrete info: Majority of ARMv7 devices include VFP and from those only platform that doesn't support NEON is nVidia Tegra2. ARMv6 devices like G1 doesn't support VFP.

Use runtime detection of hardware capabilities rather than relying on the Android Market filtering mechanism. It means the application when published to the Android Market will be visible also to devices not supporting Unity Android.
