Jul 22, 2010 · I think the right answer is to have Astaro Support intervene. Even if he were to restore a backup (boot with an unencrypted backup on a USB key), he still would have the problem that his new license is incompatible with his version of Astaro and he would be locked out of WebAdmin because his license is expired.

The 'Buy Licenses' button on the License page (seen only with Enterprise Master License dashboards) will not perform any action. This is currently expected behavior as the ability to buy licenses is not available directly from the Enterprise Dashboard.
