Put the acad.lsp file in your AutoCAD Support folder (i.e., 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 201x\Support'). This LISP routine will clear out the paths in AutoCAD and add in your custom defined paths. It will also then add all the default paths as well.
