Mar 08, 2011 · I’ve searched a number of times for this phone number and it simply doesn’t exist. Amazon doesn’t offer a direct number to the AWS support team. Instead, you will have to log into your AWS account and create a ticket. When creating your ticket, I believe you can request an immediate callback on that issue.
